Do I need to set anything up when I receive my order?

No. All products come pre-programmed and ready to use out of the box.

Any business with a presence on Google Maps and interested in increasing reviews!

How is my specific business connected to the review card?

Use our built-in Google Place Finder at checkout to select your business. We take care of the rest. A separate order per business location is required.

Is there a limit to how many reviews I can collect?

No. You can collect unlimited reviews forever with a one-time purchase and no ongoing fees.

What products does OnlineReviews.mt offer?

We currently offer 5 different Google review products:

All products are made of PVC and each item comes in a Black or a White design option.

Which products should I choose?

Each product is suitable for different situations.

  • Review cards are the most portable being the size of a business card. Ideal to present to a customer with a bill or on the go.
  • Review plaques are ideal to fix on walls, doors, tables etc. They come with 3M self adhesive and are weatherproof with a glossy epoxy layer. NFC will not work on a steel surface.
  • Review stands L-shaped design are modern, attractive and fit into any environment. They can be easily placed on coffee tables, shelves, reception desks, etc. The stands come in two sizes.

Our customers usually find a combination of two products to work best. This gives the flexibility to use the right one according to needs.

Do you offer custom branding?

Soon! This will be available for the business card sized review cards. You will be able to add a logo to a chosen template — or you can provide your own design for print.

How does pricing work?

Each item is priced individually, with a single setup fee applied to the total order at checkout. Free delivery to Malta & Gozo.

What is your delivery and return policy?

We hand-deliver in Malta within 5 working days and within 10 working days in Gozo. Returns for undamaged items are accepted within 15 days — no questions asked. We’ll refund the product cost.
