We will issue a full refund of the product cost once the returned items are received and confirmed to be in undamaged condition.

The one-time fixed set-up fee is non-refundable, as each product is customised and programmed specifically for your business before delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be undamaged and in their original condition
• Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
