We make it easy for businesses in Malta and Gozo to order smart review tools tailored to their Google Business Profiles. Below you’ll find everything you need to know before placing an order.

🌍 Orders from Malta-Based Businesses Only

At this time, we only accept orders from businesses based in Malta and Gozo. If your business is located outside the Maltese Islands, feel free to contact us — we’ll let you know once international ordering becomes available.

🛒 Ordering Online (Recommended)

The most efficient way to place your order is directly through our website: onlinereviews.mt.
At checkout, you’ll be prompted to select your business using our built-in Google Business Finder tool — this ensures your products are correctly programmed before delivery. 

📨 Prefer to Order by Email?

You can also email us your order on admin@onlinereviews.mt.
We’ll prepare it for you with 1 month credit, and you can choose to pay:

  • By card on delivery, or
  • Via online bank transfer

🧾 Invoicing & Receipts

  • Online orders receive an immediate tax invoice automatically by email.
  • Manual/credit orders are invoiced once confirmed.

🔁 One Business per Order

An order must be placed for each business listed on Google Maps.
This is essential because every product we sell is uniquely programmed for a specific Google Business Profile.

If you manage multiple businesses or locations, simply place a separate order for each. We’ll make sure everything is kept organised and delivered accordingly.

🔍 Selecting the Right Business

At checkout, you’ll be asked to choose your business using our Google-powered selector.
It’s very important to choose the correct business listing — this ensures your products point customers to the right review page.

💼 Bulk or Custom Orders

💶 One-Time Fixed Set-Up Fee

Each order includes a one-time fixed set-up fee of €11.80 (incl. VAT).
This covers the custom programming and preparation of all your Google review products. It also allows us to keep the individual product prices as competitive as possible — you get fair, transparent pricing with no hidden costs.
