📦 Hand-Packaged & Hand-Delivered

All products are set up, programmed, and packaged by hand before being delivered by us. This ensures everything is customised and tested for your business before it reaches you — no third parties involved.

📍 Delivery Address & Confirmation

We deliver to the shipping address you provide at checkout.
Before heading out, we’ll also call the phone number you supplied to confirm someone is available to receive your order.

🕒 Delivery Timeframes

• Malta: Delivery within 5 working days
• Gozo: Delivery within 10 working days

We do our best to deliver even sooner where possible — and often do!
However, these timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on scheduling.

✋ Signature on Delivery

Deliveries are made during normal working hours and will require a signature from a business representative upon receipt. This ensures your order reaches the right person and is fully accounted for.

🚚 Delivery Fees

At this time, delivery is free on all standard orders across Malta and Gozo. If any fees apply in special cases, we’ll always inform you in advance.
